Hey, SGA! is a podcast created by the Chapman University Student Government Association, co-hosted by the President and VP at the time, that pushes for difficult, but necessary conversations regarding higher education issues. By starting these conversations, it strives to foster SGA’s mission of advocating and amplifying students’ voices and concerns. In a season of ten episodes discussing topics ranging from DEI, freedom of speech, to mental health, I planned, recorded, produced, and edited each one. In addition, I designed the cover and created a branding and media kit to use for outreach in bringing on relevant guests in the Chapman community. This collection of episodes was recorded during the height of the pandemic and our country’s social turmoil. It serves as a time capsule and is compelling to listen to now. 

As PR Assistant, I also occasionally designed story graphics and in one instance, wrote and designed the SGA statement condemning AAPI hate.
