The mission of the Undergraduate Financial Aid Office at Chapman University is to provide support and access to financial resources in hopes of removing the financial obstacles that would prevent students from realizing their educational goals. As Social Media Assistant, the @chapmanfinaid Instagram account was built from the ground up. After weeks of choosing fonts and color palettes for the branding, researching content, and strategizing the launch, the account officially launched in December 2021. In two months, the account has gained nearly 200 followers, reached 1,000 accounts, and incurred 6,000 impressions and 750 profile visits.
